Best described as a consummate entrepreneur, Matthew has been creating, evaluating, and growing businesses for over fifteen years. He is a seasoned value investor in real estate and business transactions ranging between 2M to 10M.

In addition, he has cultivated key cooperatives with software developers to head our SAS subsidiary sections within Edge Water. Our projects to date have over 2 million active users.

Matthew served in the United States Marines Corps active duty. Operating out of Japan, Germany, Australia, Kuwait, Iraq, and several regions in the middle east. He also served in the Battle of Fallujah in 2003 to 2004.

During his time in Greensboro he has continuously fed his passion for real estate by adding to a portfolio of historical properties to which have won five preservation awards. He is a Horatio Alger Award winner and is an avid volunteer for Junior Achievement to serve younger entrepreneurs and veteran business owners.
